Student registration Only those who are registered for a University Degree programme can register as students and it is essential that a letter from the Head of Department is sent to show that this is the case. UK Trainees who are not registered for a University Degree alongside their training programme and are on a three year NTN Training Programme alone, are NOT eligible for student registration. Those who do register online as students and do not send the letter from their University programme director of Head of Department will be required to pay the difference on arrival in Harrogate. Letters can be emailed to Emily.davis@hg3conference-secretariat.co.uk
