Registration Opening Times
All registration fees must be paid in full BEFORE the conference.
Delegates who arrive at the conference, but whose registration fees
are outstanding, will not be allowed into the conference until payment
has been received.
Delegates can request an invoice for their registration fee but
the following restrictions will apply:
All delegates requesting an invoice must submit their registration
by 6th May, 2010.
Invoices can be made out to the organisation responsible for payment
but the invoices will be sent out directly to the delegates along
with their confirmation. It is the delegate’s responsibility
to ensure the invoice is passed to the correct department and payment
is made prior to the conference.
Payment must be received by the Conference Secretariat by Friday
28 May, 2010. If payment is not received by this date then the delegate
will have to pay the increased on-site fee on arrival
at the conference.
