Registration Invoices Cancellation Registration Opening Times Confirmation of Registration This will be emailed to the delegate within 48 hours of completing your on-line registration form. Contact Telephone Number Should anyone need to contact you urgently whilst you are at the conference they can do so by leaving a message with the Conference Registration Team. Telephone number: Participants List The name and contact details you provide on the Registration Application form will be printed in the List of Participants. Please tick the box on the form if you DO NOT want your name and contact details to appear in the List of Participants or to be passed to Sponsors and/or Exhibitors. Accompanying Guests This fee applies to non-participants in the scientific programme, who are guests of a registered delegate and who wish to attend the Civic Drinks Reception and have access to the Trade Exhibition. If your guest wishes to attend any of the scientific sessions they will need to register as a paying delegate. Concessionary Rates These apply to Students/Assistant but they must supply a statement of the Dean or Head of Department in the case of a Student and also a Statement from your employer if you are an Assistant. Badges Name Badges will be issued to delegates on arrival at the conference.
Delegates are required to wear name badges at all times for security
and idenfication purposes. Failure to produce your badge may result
in you being refused Internet Café There will be internet access via a bank of computers on Level
5 in the Main Conference Centre. |
